Mariah's passion for the medicine of movement and music, careful attention to alignment in action and commitment to accessing the energetic parts of our being through the physical practice of yoga, are all interwoven into her unique style of teaching. Her classes offer a safe, inspiring and light-hearted space for students’ to go deep in their practice with ease and to cultivate strength and flexibility of both mind and body.
